Jeffrey M. Nye and Joshua B. Bolinger have joined the law firm of Finney Stagnaro Saba & Patterson Co. LPA (FSSP)
Nye is an associate in the litigation practice group at the firm’s Hyde Park office where he will concentrate his practice in commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, personal injury and wrongful death. Nye worked most recently as a law clerk in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas where he managed the court’s civil docket, drafted opinions, performed legal research and assisted with the implementation of the Commercial Docket Pilot Program. Bolinger will be supporting FSSP’s constitutional law practice area in the firm’s Anderson office. He brings four years of experience in constitutional law, litigating civil rights issues in federal court, with an emphasis on defending and reclaiming students’ First Amendment rights in public schools, and focusing on First Amendment and election-related litigation.
