Reducing Your Property Taxes Seminar Jan 20th in Indian Hill

Property taxes are one of the greatest expenses associated with property ownership, and they are ever increasing. Many owners are unaware that in each state and county, there is a legal right to challenge one’s valuation and that process can result in a reduction of your taxes and in some cases in a refund of taxes already paid.

Join Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson, LPA and RETA on January 20, 2010 to learn about how you can reduce your property taxes with property tax valuation appeals.

Wednesday Jan 20th 6:30 – 7:30pm

Location: Cincinnati Country Day School, 6905 Given Rd. 45243 in the lower school Library

Sponsored By: Gerri Strauss, Coldwell Banker West Shell Mariemont

This seminar is free to the public. RSVP to Amy White at acw@retaxsavings.com

Have tried to hold my RE tax down since ’92 by providing reasons against increases a couple of times. Failed the last time. Don’t know whether my current status is realistic or not.

  2. Lee Meyer says:

I plan to attend the seminar at the Indian Hill Church

John – would you like someone to contact you to discuss possible savings?
