Rebecca N. Algenio
Ms. Algenio is an associate with Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co., L.P.A., Ms. Algenio’s practice concentrates primarily on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and construction litigation. She represents numerous individuals and corporate clients including real estate brokerage and salespersons; real estate developers; homebuilders; and homeowners associations. Her cases involve breaches of various contracts (i.e. lease, purchase on contract, claim on account), violations of homeowners’ associations’ declarations, payment for goods and services rendered by suppliers, and disputes between shareholders.

Ms. Algenio has litigated, tried, argued and won cases before the Court of Common Pleas, Municipal Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the American Arbitration Association.

Rebecca was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. From kindergarten through high school, she attended Summit Country Day School. While attending Vassar College and Northeastern University School of Law, she studied abroad in Zimbabwe and England. She enjoys traveling abroad, playing sand volleyball, skiing and rafting in West Virginia, and riding her bike on the Loveland bike trail. She resides in Mariemont.
