Paul T. Saba
Mr. Saba is a shareholder in the law firm of Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co., L.P.A., and he has extensive experience in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, real estate tax appeals and corporate law.
Mr. Saba has successfully litigated, tried and argued cases before: the Supreme Court of Ohio, the Court of Appeals, Courts of Common Pleas, the Municipal Courts, the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, the Ohio Division of Real Estate, the American Arbitration Association, and various County Board of Revisions in Ohio. Several of Mr. Saba’s cases have been published for decision and he recently won a landmark case before the Ohio Supreme Court that forced every County Board of Revision throughout the state of Ohio to change the way it does business. South Broad Company, Ltd., v. Montgomery County Board of Revisions, consolidated with and cited as Cleveland Illuminating Electric Company v. Lake County Board of Revision, 96 Ohio St. 3d 165; 2002 Ohio 4033; 772 N.E.2d 1160; 2002 Ohio LEXIS 1900.
Mr. Saba regularly lectures on real estate related topics and professional licensing issues for real estate brokers before the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, the Hamilton Fairfield Board of Realtors and various area brokerages.
