Peter A. Saba

Mr. Saba is a Shareholder in the law firm of Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co., L.P.A., where he concentrates in commercial law, real estate, probate, commercial litigation, employment litigation, probate litigation, real estate litigation, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and products liability.

Mr. Saba has litigated, tried and argued cases before the federal courts, courts of common pleas, courts of appeals and Supreme Court of Ohio, as well as the federal court, circuit courts, and court of appeals for Kentucky and the circuit courts in Florida. While the majority of Mr. Saba’s commercial practice is primarily focused in the representation and defense of corporations and employers, he has obtained multi-million dollar results for individual clients in other areas of his litigation practice.
