 Joshua B. Bolinger Mr. Bolinger is an associate with Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co., L.P.A., where he practices primarily in the areas of constitutional litigation and real estate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bolinger practiced in Atlanta, Georgia with the Alliance Defense Fund, a not-for-profit public interest law firm. Mr. Bolinger has litigated civil rights issues in federal and state courts across the country, and has extensive experience in defending and reclaiming students’ First Amendment rights in public schools. Several federal cases in which Mr. Bolinger served as co-counsel have been published for decision, including Gray v. Kohl, 568 F.Supp.2d 1378 (S.D. Fla. 2008) (securing a permanent injunction to preserve the First Amendment rights of individuals to distribute leaflets in a traditional public forum), and Krestan v. Deer Valley Unified Sch. Dist. No. 97, 561 F.Supp.2d 1078 (D. Ariz. 2008) (reclaiming the First Amendment and Equal Access Act rights of a student club to publicize its activities at school on the same terms as all other student clubs).
