Christopher P Finney, Esq.

Congratulations to our attorney, Christopher Finney, for being named a 2012 Ohio Super Lawyer. Chris focuses his practice in  Business Litigation, Real Estate, and Civil Rights/First Amendment. In 1995, Chris, a graduate of Chase Law School (1987), opened a three-lawyer firm on Erie Avenue in Hyde Park. Since then, the law firm has expanded to include an office in the heart of Anderson Township, where the majority of our attorneys are located.  FSSP has a team of 16 high-caliber professionals providing  clients with expertise in a wide array of legal areas, including Business Entities/Commercial Transaction; Real Estate, Estate Planning/Probate; Employment/Labor Law; and Commercial/Tort Litigation.

Megan K. Meyer

Ms. Meyer is an associate with Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co., LPA, where she concentrates in real estate transactional law working with banking clients on financing and purchasing of commercial real estate properties.  Megan  earned her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School (2011).  She will concentrate her practice in general real estate and business law in the Anderson Township office of FSSP.  “Megan will be a great addition to our team, and we are thrilled to have her on board,” commented Bill Patterson, shareholder with Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson.

Megan  attended University of North Carolina (2006) majoring in public policy and classics and is a graduate of Notre Dame School of Law (2011). While in law school, Ms. Meyer study abroad in Cairo, Egypt, and Yotvata, Israel.  She also served as a judicial clerk for Judge Russ Fagg, Montana 13^th District Court and Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic Volunteer during law school.

Before starting law school, Megan lived for two years in Billings, MT where she  worked at non-profits focused on helping teach parenting skills and build positive parent-child relationships and also worked with disabled clients aiding them in gaining access to community resources.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Megan resides in Over-the-Rhine where she enjoys walking around and looking at the unique architect of the buildings in this area.  She also enjoy reading fiction and poetry when not working on legal real estate contracts.

Bradley M. Gibson, Associate Attorney

Mr. Gibson is an associate with Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co., LPA, where he concentrates in general civil litigation and constitutional law. Gibson earned his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, (summa cum laude, 2010). He will concentrate his practice in general civil litigation and constitutional law in the Anderson Township office of FSSP. “Brad will be a great addition to our team, and we are thrilled to have him on board,” commented Chris Finney, shareholder with Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson.

Gibson is a graduate of Boston College (2004) majoring in economics and history, Xavier University (2005) earning a Master of Education in Sports Administration and Salmon P. Chase College of Law (2010). Mr. Gibson served on the Editorial Board of Northern Kentucky Law Review and competed on Moot Court.  During law school, he clerked for a school law firm, a construction law firm, and completed an externship with the Kentucky Innocence Project.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Gibson is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing golf, ice hockey, and attending Reds’ games with his wife. 

Veith also has experience counseling small business owners, homeowners associations, condominium unit owners associations, property management firms, and individuals in a variety of legal issues in both Ohio and Kentucky.

Admitted to practice in Ohio in 2002 and Kentucky in 2003, Veith earned his bachelor degree from University of Notre Dame and his law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he served as lead articles editor for Northern Kentucky Law Review.  His professional affiliations include membership in the Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and the Notre Dame Club of Greater Cincinnati.  Veith and his wife live in Anderson Township with their three sons.

Heintz is a principal with Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co., L.P.A., where he has concentrated his practice in the areas of business law, tax law, estate planning and probate since 2001.

The Northside Business Association was founded as the Northside Business Club and has been serving Northside since 1907. It is the official voice with the City of Cincinnati for the Northside Business District. The Northside Business Association works hard to create and maintain a resurgent atmosphere in the Northside Business District that has helped spawn redevelopment and to be a resource for all Northside businesses and works to continually improve its neighborhood.

Tomich is a graduate of Xavier University (2005) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law (2010), where she served as an associate member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and was an articles editor for Human Rights Quarterly. During law school, she clerked at the Cincinnati Insurance Company and the City of Cincinnati Law Department. She is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section of the CBA.

Recently married, Tomich enjoys cooking with her husband as well as attending Xavier basketball games. After work and on weekends, she can be found at the dog park with her Llewellin Setter, Daphne.
