Continuing our prior coverage (see here and here) of the recent Iqbal decision by the U.S. Supreme Court, we thought the following was worth noting: tomorrow on Capitol Hill, the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties is scheduled to conduct a hearing entitled “Access to Justice Denied – Ashcroft v. Iqbal.“
