			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jim Tomaszewski will concentrate his practice in employment and labor law, general civil litigation, personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Tomaszewski also has experience in medical malpractice defense, domestic relations, collection, transportation law, and real estate.</p>

<p><span id="more-1022"></span>Mr. Tomaszewski is a graduate of St. Xavier High School (1990), Xavier University (1994), and the University of Cincinnati College of Law (2006), where he was a fellow of the Weaver Institute of Law and Psychiatry.  Tomaszewski is admitted to practice in Ohio.  Having an affinity for animals, especially dogs, Mr. Tomaszewski is a trustee for SPCA Cincinnati.  He is also a volunteer for Labrador Retriever Rescue of Cincinnati and Harlequin Haven Great Dane Rescue. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Mr. Tomaszewski served on an animal search and rescue team in New Orleans.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Nye</strong> is an associate in the litigation practice group at the firm’s Hyde Park office where he will concentrate his practice in commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, personal injury and wrongful death. Nye worked most recently as a law clerk in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas where he managed the court’s civil docket, drafted opinions, performed legal research and assisted with the implementation of the Commercial Docket Pilot Program. <p><strong>Bolinger</strong> will be supporting FSSP’s constitutional law practice area in the firm’s Anderson office. He brings four years of experience in constitutional law, litigating civil rights issues in federal court, with an emphasis on defending and reclaiming students&#8217; First Amendment rights in public schools, and focusing on First Amendment and election-related litigation. Bolinger previously served as litigation counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund in Atlanta GA.
