Negotiating the Shopping Center Lease

Shopping center leases are often more complex than the typical office or industrial lease. This seminar will examine a few provisions of the shopping center lease that require significant attention in lease negotiations. The concept of these provisions will be discussed and the goals of the Landlord and Tenant will be identified. Sample lease language will be provided. Attendees will leave with a greater understanding of how to best represent their clients in a lease negotiation.
