 Mark H. Klusmeier Mr. Klusmeier is of counsel with Finney, Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co., LPA, has practiced law for more than 20 years. His practice is principally litigation, concentrating in the real estate and construction law areas representing insureds and insurers, sureties, contractors, designers, and owners, in matters ranging from straightforward tort liability claims to complex construction and real property disputes. His services include assistance with claims handling, investigative, and risk management functions as well as the more traditional negotiation, courtroom work, and dispute resolution work with which litigators are associated. Mr. Klusmeier's insurance practice has included matters of professional liability (including both medical and legal malpractice), injury liability claims, business interruption and casualty claims, and coverage disputes. His fidelity and surety practice comprises the representation of sureties in the investigation, adjustment, and litigation of claims and salvage involving contract performance and payment bonds, warranty and maintenance bonds, and fee, tax, and fidelity bonds. His construction law practice includes development of contracts for use in that industry, the assertion and defense of claims for design and material defects, contract extras, and delay damages, and the defense of workplace injury matters, including allegations of exposure to chemicals and radiation. He formerly served as Secretary of the CBA's Court of Appeals and Construction Law committees. Personal Mr. Klusmeier is a Cincinnati native and lifelong resident.
