Construction Disputes Our construction lawyers assist our clients in the development of contracts for use in that industry as well as the assertion and defense of claims thereunder, including those relating to defective performance, design and material defects, contract extras, and delay damages, and the defense of workplace injury matters, including allegations of exposure to chemicals and radiation. In 1998, the United States Supreme Court refused to hear the case, preserving victory for the firm's clients. It was in part as a result of this victory that Christopher P. Finney, Esq. was named one of eight "Ohio Lawyers of the Year" for 1998 by Ohio Lawyer Weekly, the only comprehensive source of statewide legal news for Ohio attorneys and judges. We would be pleased to discuss with you any matter you believe might benefit from our attention and services. Attorneys who can assist you in this area include: |
